We ship to AUS Addresses Only.
ㆍOnce shipping begins, order information and invoice number will be sent via e-mail.
ㆍOur delivery partners (DHL & AUS POST) are currently experiencing delays. As a result your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

< Shipping Rates >
Free shipping for orders with total purchase amount AUS $60+ (Standard, 4~10 days) and Free Express shipping on orders over $120 with registered (signature on delivery) post.

1. Shipping Options
Please allow 1- 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on amount of order. You can check it at the check-out page.

We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point (LPO) and a collection card will be left for you.

2. International Shipping for Out-of-stock Items
It is possible to ship from supplier directly (from Korea) on out-of-stock items - you should receive an email notification, and the shipping may take longer than expected.

3. Address Changes
Shipping information (address, phone number, etc.) may be modified only for orders that are “order complete” and “order confirmation” (billing information and shipping country may not be changed).

Check your order status in detail page on My Account > Order History.
If shipping information for your order can be changed, “Edit” button will be shown under the address.

To prevent any inconvenience, please note that order information may not be modified after the “processing” phase has begun.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website. You can also check your order page.

< Out-of-Stock Items >
If an item in your order is out of stock after payment, you will receive notification via email. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for Email Restock Notification.
