I missed my delivery and didn't receive my item.
Please contact your local post office for redelivery. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost after delivery (including door-to-door delivery which is offered by EMS and DHL).

The actual color of item is different with a photo Due to the characteristics of Online, the image of product may appear differently depending on the monitor screen setting. Therefore, a exchange or refund of product is not possible by this reason.

What does my order status mean?
1) [Purchase Completed]: Payment has proceeded, Order placed successfully
2) [Preparing Shipment]: Order will be shipped out soon
3) [In Transit]: Package will be delivered to the shipping address *Tracking number updates can take up to 3-4 workdays.
4) [Undelivered]: Delivery failure due to insufficient/inaccurate shipping information, absence of the recipient
*Promptly contact your local courier: Packages returned due to the above reasons after the maximum retention time are INVALID for refunds and replacements.
5) [Delivered]: Delivery completed to the shipping address

Can I exchange or return my item?
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
• Change of mind
• Any item reported after 7 days from the date of receipt
• Any item that shows any signs of usage
• Any item that has been damaged intentionally
• Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service
We do not offer refund(return)/exchanges for products that have been incorrectly placed in any way by customers (colour, option, product name, and so on) Please check our refund policy for damaged or wrong items.
